Central Park Phase II Expansion Project

DMR provided full time quality assurance and inspection services on a 40-acre park expansion project located in Santa Clarita, California. The project is the second phase of a five-phase project. This project consisted of grading, construction of roadways, and restrooms, as well as landscaping and irrigation. The project also included amenities such as: basketball courts, grass fields, and concrete walkways meandering throughout the site.

Culver City Bike Path

DMR provided survey services, conceptual design, grading design, prepared specifications, and provided construction management and inspection services for this ISTEA funded project. In order to enhance the aesthetics of this MTA right of way, the City constructed a meandering bikeway/pathway and landscaped this vital city corridor creating a visible theme leading into the downtown area.

The project consisted of a wood ramp and prime green space grading to accommodate and ADA accessible wood ramp that meanders up the slope of a hill. In addition, the project consisted of major landscaping and irrigation including four separate plant zones.
